Jonathon Paul - Morgan Stanley

NEVER USE MORGAN STANLEY! This company is ridiculous, my grandmother passed away over 3 months ago. She has/had a substantial stock portfolio with Morgan Stanley. We have been trying to dissolve this account, as it was part of our trust for three months. Everyday we have to call and we're told that we need to sign a different form. They are made us jump through so many hoops! We are trying to grieve and they do not care! This company is stealing our money. And lying to us about what we need to do to clear this up. The firm always offers financial advisors to speak to about investment friendly customer service.

My girl has an account with them. Seems like a good place if you want to do stocks or investments. I havent tried them myself yet but the office is really nice and she has nothing but good things to say about them. I might try them out myself one day.
