My technician, Trey Hardimen was punctual, helpful and honest. Unfortunately, the Trane unit is only 2 years old. It was installed by Desert Diamond Mechanical and had a refrigerant leak. I called their office on Sunday and actually spoke with Crystal. She scheduled me for the next morning. Mykal also assisted me with confirming the appointment. Finally, I am the tenant and they treated me as though I am the owner of the home. Desert Diamond Mechanical's Customer Service is exceptional.
Ossiel was very helpful in diagnosing and providing a temporary fix with options for a permanent fix for my AC unit within a matter of hours, which another company had spent 1.5 weeks trying to resolve. I am very happy with the expertise and service level provided today and will continue to use Desert Diamond Air.
Mom's AC unit failed last night 8/27/24; Son, called 8/28/24 around 9am. Ismael was out at mom's place by 10:30am; Mom had her AC unit up and running in about 30 minutes. Now this is what I call SUPER FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! Ismael was excellent and easy to talk and he knew exactly what to do! In the past, (a month ago) Daniel (Tech) did a very good maintenance on the AC. He provided a clear understanding of what is needed including the fair price. We were all very pleased with Daniel and with Desert Diamond. We will be reviewing estimate. I will keep Desert Diamond as our priority A/C vendor. Thank you, Desert Diamond!
