I have mixed feelings about this dealership. Here is why... The first time we purchased our vehicle we got a certified pre-owned vehicle. Drove it off the lot, 8 hours later engine light turns on and it's vibrating. I took it in immediately the next day as dealership service was closed that Sunday of the purchase. Take it back, I tell them I'm not keeping this car and service lets me know it's major engine work on the vehicle (60k value vehicle). They tried to continue to ask me if I wanted to keep the vehicle and I said No. Stood my ground. They were able to get me into a new vehicle at about the same terms as the pre owned. Came in with my trail boss with no appointment and Jaime Soto took me in and gave me advice about my warranty and what it covers. Then I explained to him I've been giving issues with my AC and he immediately offered to look at it. He showed how to removed the glove compartment and check the air filter myself. To our amazement the filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. He is the type of employee I wish all companies had. His customer service and help was above and beyond. He should be recognized for his customer service and just being an all around good person.

This is a very friendly efficient group. They respond quickly to email or phone calls. I've been w them about 5 years and my experience has been very good even w a fender bender my rates have been very good. I recommend them based on excellent customer service.
