Horrible!!! No help at all doctor call my prescription in right away “24” hours called it in wrong and now 2 days later I still can’t get the doctor to fix it. Terrible customer service!!! They seem to not care about pain and suffering in their patients!

Please be aware of this doctor Theobald Jean Claude Minani. This man is at banner del Webb hospital. I have been admitted for a few days and had to report him to every nurse and every manager. We put our trust as patients into doctors and this doctor specifically should not be allowed to get away with how he is and how he was treating me as a patient and others. Stand up for yourself and be your own advocate especially with him. I don't want anybody else to have to go through what I did with him.

First visit with new Doctor. Not a whole lot of sincere doctor patient interest from the doctor. I was just another number and paperwork to complete. The office personnel was also not trained in their role. Intake personnel had no clue how to handle my insurance Then when leaving was told to call for CT scan and they would send the order. Called Banner to set up CT scan they said the order was there. Upon arrival for CT scan I find out the doctors office did not complete the order properly and they had to call for the proper orders. This took over an hour. After close to 2 hrs of waiting and it still would be another hour of waiting before the machine would be available...read full review
