Bought a house and the seller "forgot" to include any information about the Broan ERV. After bugging the seller's realtor, I received Jonathan's contact information. After a scheduling hiccup, he was able to make a visit and walk us through maintenance on the ERV and operation of the wall control unit. He was polite and answered all our questions, and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying products or services. Would work with him again.
I was in need to make changes to help out my energy bill. Johnathan came over and was able to go over the issues that he encountered. Granted it was more than I anticipated. He did suggest a finance company they work with as another option. Again wasn't looking for such a big job. After reaching out and they offered zero interest for 5 yrs. It made the bill manageable.Started off on a delay to the job due to an issue with one of the drivers, but was able to reschedule. Martin and another gentleman were able to complete the job in 2 days which included removal and re install insulation, duct vent seals and other duct work within the attic. I had used AZ Energy Efficient Home on a previous home I owned, was happy with the work they did there, and engaged with them on my new home. I have a single-car garage I converted into a woodworking shop and was convinced, with this summer's heat, to get the garage insulated and to add a mini-split cooling/heating unit.I received a couple of quotes for the job and found the combination service from AZ Energy Efficient Home to be the best value - they were the only company I interviewed that could do both projects: insulate the attic and do the HVAC work.I had a 100-amp sub-panel installed in the workshop and that served as the power source for the mini-split.Access to...read full review
