1st Care Medical Clinic - Appointment or Walk-in

I was visiting my family at Phoenix for summer. Due to extreme weather changes between my home town in Canada and Phoenix, US , I got badly affected. My family members suggested First Care Clinic and it was really an amazing and friendly experience with Dr. Rajesh Thiraviam Pillai and his team. They took great care of me and did a regular follow up to ensure that I was recovering. Dr. Pillai is a great dedicated medical professional and he pays extreme attention to his patients. I strongly recommend him.

We tried so schedule appts with a Dr's office closer to home and were discremenated against when they asked What insurance we had. When we told them it was AHCCCS we were immediately told that office is not accepting new patients and were scheduled at an office in sunny slope. It was all downhill from there as far as customer service. My sister told me about her doctor at 1st care medical and how great he is. I immediately scheduled an appointment. My girlfriend and I were both given Saturday appts for that same week, we were seen together and and my sister had an appt for the same day. Dr. Marita Fleming is WONDERFUL! She is extremely friendly & very knowledgeable. Her assistant is friendly and the front desk staff is friendly as well. I've been twice, plus had a phone appointment & I must say that each experience was extremely pleasant. They've all gone above and beyond to make sure that I've been taken care of. I actually look forward to my appointments because everyone is so friendly there that I've encountered. The office is clean & I've never had a long wait time. Definitely 5⭐ service!
