My original plumber told me that the cleanouts to our house were buried under the driveway and we would have to excavate the driveway, bring up new cleanouts and pour the new part of the driveway. I tried to find a company to do the work, so I called Smiley Plumbing based off their reviews. Walt went to the house and was certain that the other plumber was wrong. He was so persistent in trying to find cleanouts at our house. He spent an hour and a half looking through the yard to find them. He found them buried deep under rocks and cracked. We hired Walt back in August for a faucet leak and to reset a toilet. He was honest, reliable, and fair with his prices. Communication was excellent, when the appointment time had to be adjusted. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs!Services: Toilet repair
