Young, full of hustle, they did a fantastic and complete job installing 2 units. Answered all of my questions throughout the day and in my opinion went above and beyond. Excellent service! Called at midnight Friday (a/c out, Saturday's forecast was 113°), tech was at my house at 7 am Saturday. Hayden explained the problem, researched and applied my warranty, completed repair, did a tune-up, and made suggestions for better performance and maintenance. Completed all this in under 2 hours. A/C unit stopped so I called 1st Choice Mechanical. A pleasantly nice sounding Tori listened and said that she could get a tech over in twenty minutes. Jared arrived and had the unit working within a half an hour. The house didn’t have time to get hot. Good vibes professionally and personally. No dramatics just fixed the problem.
