Are customer service skills not necessary to work in Nogales businesses. I don't understand why people are soo smug with their customers it's like they want to get paid but don't want people to shop. I went in the store and the cashier by the men's dept was being Soo rude to a older gentleman, he was composed trying to just get through his purchase the cashier had a b*face and was speaking to him in a tone that if it would've been me I would of asked to speak with the manager. The cashier's look at their customers like their better than them. A word to the wise without your customers YOU are out of a job.
