Have used this company several times. Last few times I called them for pricing, they insist that they need to come and charge me $80 to give me a price then if I accept the price they put the $80 towards the service I called today to price a water heater flush. They again said they would need to come out and charge me $80 to tell me what they charge for to flush a water heater. I have deleted their number from my phone. I have called 5 other companies and all told me how much they charge for a water heater flush.

Sterling Services is great, hey have fixed our issues no matter what. Great service every time. Journal today was great, explained everything he needed to do. After 5 years as their client, they refuse to perform, when I have to replace roof and the line is on the roof.Services: Heating system maintenance

I’ve been most impressed with the quality of people Sterling Services hires. My service technician most recently to repair a dinosaur aged water heater was Ray. Upstanding quality service and most knowledgeable. All around good character that I wish all contractors of any service would employ.Services: Water heater installation
