ZERO STARS!!! I had a very beautiful, large, lush green Sago Palm near the entryway of my house in Warner Ranch Landing. It was planted 16 years ago and has been lovingly cared for during that time. Watered, fertilized, covered in the high heat in the summer. It did not have any dead fronds and did not overhang my entryway walkway. It was a gorgeous specimen.Yesterday, when I woke up and looked outside, the landscapers from Ecosphere butchered my beautiful Sago Palm. Half of the green fronds were cut off. Echosphere Landscaping was engaged to maintain our development’s property. This past year there was a significant decline in the properties upkeep. The last two months grew more egregious, crews were not as visible, nor was the work. Though we expressed our concerns about the property, Echosphere first stated the properties decline was due to excessive rain. Shortly after, during a meeting with Echosphere to discuss the poor service and overgrown property, the owner advised he was giving us notice (30 days).
