Such a great experience all around. As a bit of context, I had been researching and putting off SMP for a little over a year. I was nervous about the procedure, the possibility that I would have to shave my head, the expense, what the recovery would be like, etc. Finding Phillip at Bombshellz was the absolute best thing that happened to my SMP journey. His communication and responsiveness during my investigation process was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. Reaching out to other clinics prior had just added to my anxiety. My mom and I got a microneedling procedure done for the first time. Yolanda was very friendly and answered all our questions. She was particularly patient and helpful with my mom, who is 82. We are coming back for our 2nd treatment in a month from now...can't wait!
