I used this company a couple weeks ago and they actually did a good job with cleaning my couch and rug. The reason why I am leaving this bad review was because they first showed up about 30 minutes late in which I told them the timeliness is important because I had to take an important phone call so when they finally arrived they told me they had to move my couch to a separate area so they can clean it and I said ok. I watched as the guy only picked up one end and drug my couch to the position where they cleaned it. It made a loud noise against the floor. This is such an awesome business. They were able to come out same day to clean my mattress and they got out every stain that happened from moving and even some very old stains from normal wear and tear. I have a memory foam and usually my mattress gets messed up or fuzzy when cleaned but my mattress is in better condition than it has been in years. I would definitely recommend their services!!!! I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, accommodating and professional business!! I will definitely be going to them for all my cleaning needs!!
