I had 4 different companies countless techs who attempted to resolve the issue I was having with no success. No one listened to me as far as the issue I was having.Today Rocco cane out and provided the best service, what a God send. He took the time to explain the things he did amd most of all he listened. Our home warranty company told us we would have to wait over a week for someone to check out our broken air conditioning. When we told them that was unacceptable, someone from innovative air came out that same day. The problem was diagnosed and the repair part ordered. Innovative air stayed on top of the issue and followed up with us throughout the process. They even called us after hours to let us know they had a cancellation and would be out earlier on the day of the repair. Lito was amazing as well as Kathy in the office along with Brandon. We are up and running! Would highly recommend them.
Got them through home warranty. They actually fixed the problem immediately - great experience. Other contractors we've seen before claim 5 things are broken and try to bill and arm and an leg, these guys just get things done!
