Lisa and Mariah assisted me in my floor workouts and never fail to remind me if i forgot a step or if i'm not doing it correctly. The place is clean and well kept. “Having suffered from chronic back pain for years, I have been looking for a long-term solution. A friend of mine suggested that I look into Egoscue; his doctor had recommended surgery for his joint pain but he decided to try Egoscue postural therapy first. The therapy resolved his pain and it had not returned, thus avoiding the need for surgery in his case. Given such a strong recommendation, I signed up for a therapy package. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful, and my therapist Liz guided me through a program that she modified each week in accordance to my body's responses to the exercises.
