I came in Monday 4/29, and have found my new go to place for my family and i. Checking in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and she cleaned the items as often as she could. The M.A. who took my vitals and got my history was pleasant, and very personable. She also gave me a heads up, that it would be a N.P. who would see me, which i didn’t mind at all. The N.P. Miss Renee was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She prescribed what exactly i needed for my sinuses and asthma, after my first dosage of everything im feeling so much better.
When making a appointment online it should state that you may have to wait a hour or more even when you set appointment..doesn't make since but it should be there so there no problem when ur appointment time has came and gone and make sure u have that time to wait.
Quick service and yet medical assistant couldn’t stop mentioning how our chosen brace was “overkill”. Not her call to make nor any need to have an opinion on it. As a mother I know what will be best for my child as I’ve been through multiple sports injuries myself along with my other children having injuries. Also seems like medical assistant was worn down and overworked.
