A wonderful HVAC experience. Technician Jimmy was most helpful in educating me as he checked the thermostat and the HVAC unit. This was a free service call checkup promotion being offered. Highly recommend the company's service attitude and followup from the office. Have you washed your unit's coils of late? Should attack the dirt buildup--desert dirt and dust storms reduce HVAC efficiency. Valleywide offers this service for a reasonable price.

First of all a big thanks to Jimmy, for coming out and checking my system, and for going out to my sisters house and putting her mind at ease with a check up on her AC system, it was above and beyond and I really appreciate Valley Wide for doing that. Just goes to show how much customer service counts with your company.

What a great experience with Derrick. I heard strange noises, like whistling, in the air handler for my heater. He didn't think there was anything wrong, but he went through it stage by stage. We could still hear the noise even though everything checked out okay. He wouldn't give up and discovered that the filter was installed (by me) "just a little off." Couple of taps and the noise went away. Didn't really need to be a trained tech to solve my problem, he just needed to be persistent - and I appreciate it!
