Dave was great throughout the whole process. Our gas valve went out on the water heater, we had another one shipped to us for free through the water heater company, and needed a plumber to install the part. Other plumbers quoted us $500 to install the new part, or claimed they needed to come out and look at the water heater to give us an estimate, which was outrageous. I called Dave and he immediately gave me a price over the phone, and his price was extremely reasonable for the work needed. I had a plumber install my water softener about 6 months ago. He used PVC for the water supply and it began to leak at the connection to the water supply. I called three times over several days with no call backs after leaving a voicemail message.I contacted GARRETT PLUMBING. They explained to me the previous plumber incorrectly connected the PVC pipes. GARRETT fixed the leak in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
