These guys are amazing! We've had them come to our home and our business, and every time it's great experience. Most of the time they even make it out to us the same day. Our last 2 experiences have been with Kenji, and he's awesome! He's professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The last issue we had, we called, and within 45 minutes Kenji was at our door. While service that quick is going to be a rarity, the fact that I called at 10am, and by noon our problem was resolved is just unheard of in the world of plumbing issues. I was referred to Royal Plumbing by a local contractor. They are the only plumbing company I truly trust and I've been using their services since 2012. I'm a Flagstaff homeowner and have had a number of things that they've helped me with over the years. They are very responsive, experienced and professional and give a great value for the outstanding work they do. Kenji is the plumber I've worked with the most and I highly recommend him.
