GREAT SERVICE. My 6 year old HP laptop had a few different concerns: battery needed replacing, it seemed sluggish much of the time, and for years it would go into a sleep mode after only a minute (or so) of screensaver, that I couldn't get it to wake back up out of. -I tried to figure that out on my own and never did. I left it with him for a few days until the new battery came in. He called once to let me know how it was going and what he had left to do. That weird sleeping-screen issue is gone! Battery is new. And its overall running more efficiently. Thanks so much Bob, this is great!! I couldn't have had better service. (Hi Macie :)
