She has been able to keep my hair healthy regardless of the color or lightening that has been done! Hermon also is so amazingly reliable as she will work with you to get your ideal color even if that means having to remix colors or go over it again. Hands down the best salon. Been going to Santiago who never ever disappoints and gives the best shampoo scalp massage I ever had. Everyone in the salon is friendly and knowledgeable.
