“I love it here! I had a facial with McKenna today, and she is AMAZING! She is kind and so good at what she does! She’s gentle and knows exactly when to talk and when to let the client zone out!Also, she pays attention to the little details that go a long way to enhance the experience: she doesn’t loudly get out the products; she checks on the bed temp and speaks softly; she makes sure the products feel good on the skin, etc.. Plus I left with glowing skin!I love supporting this local business. Everyone here is friendly, and it’s so clean. They have a membership program and offer a great line of products, but they aren’t the least bit pushy! I’ve always felt their focus is on your experience and not sales; it’s so refreshing! “The vibe - I had a bad experience booking my reservation but have heard no one can find good help nowadays; receptionist was rude upon arrival and clearly doesn't understand the difference between ombre, partial weave and or highlights without bleach. Let alone quote an estimate. Salon Service - gossiping about customers between the stylist and receptionist was obvious and unprofessional. Seriously. Quality of service - it was okay but not what I wanted; tried this place five times with two different stylists. First stylist was part-time and unsure of herself so I booked with another stylist who appeared confident but does not follow instructions and wanted me to return if I did not like it. Hmm I just spent 3 hours sitting in a chair to find out you did what you wanted to do because you don't have the heart to admit you don't know how to achieve the look a client wants? No, no, no -- I will not return, you had plenty of time to figure it out. If you don't know or you too are not sure how to do what a client asks for, ASK someone experienced to step in. Geez the nerve. It's not even about the money. It's about the time I took to be there and wait time to look forward to seeing the results I wanted. Last thing I want to hear is come back and let me try again. 4-stars is generous considering I will not be back. They won't ruin your hair but they will not do what you want either.“

“I went to Casey for my first time to get eyelash extensions for my big brother's wedding in 2013. She had a yelp deal and her communication with me was great! I knew I found the right fit. I told myself I would only get them for the wedding, but became obsessed and went regularly for the most of 2013. When I was going to get married in 2017, I knew I had to go back to Casey and that did not disappoint. Truthfully, I found cheaper eyelash extension places but the quality was always horrible - one actually broke out in an allergic reaction and glued my actual real eyelashes together!Every time I had been to Casey she knew exactly how to tailor to what I wanted. I wanted the eyelashes to not be so over the top and look realistic and she delivered every time. Most importantly, when I went back to Casey for my wedding and explained to her my timeline. She had GREAT suggestions on how soon to start BEFORE the wedding so that by the time my last fill before the wedding came, we knew exactly what we wanted. More importantly, the lashes lasted my week-long destination wedding of pool and beach time SEVERAL TIMES. She is a MUST for eyelash extensions“

“I want to just start by saying Katie is an amazing nail tech. I have had so many bad experiences and I currently drive 50 minutes just to see her since I moved further away! She pays attention to detail, always knows the style that suits your hands/fingers, the colors I ask for she matches perfectly and she does great designs too.Secondly, the spa is just beautiful - love the interior decor and lighting and the ambience is great to just unwind and relax while getting a great massage with your pedicure. The manager/owner knows all about exceptional customer service. She goes the extra mile from offering a beverage while getting treatment, better pricing, and so many colors to choose from! I also overheard her take great care of a client one time that wasn't happy with the shape of her nail. She fixed it for her and gave her a discount! The client wasn't even asking for a discount she was happy with the end result!You will not be disappointed!They genuinely care about customer service here.“

She never put me down for my skin instead she made me feel comforted and shed positivity from the moment I first sat in her room. That was an aspect I cared a lot about before seeing an esthetician.
