Hello my name is Patti. Using my husband’s phone ?. I recently had surgery performed by Dr. DiComo. The entire experience from the discussions before surgery, to the surgery, to the follow-up care has been outstanding. I have also been especially thankful for the excellent and compassionate care from his Medical Assistant Fabiola. These two are the best of the best!
Dr Pascarella is amazing! He takes time to review everything and explains things so it's easy to understand.His personality and manner is warm, friendly, professional, and never feels rushed. I cannot recommend him enough. Probably one if the best doctors we've ever been to.
Doctor seems like a very caring and compassionate person. The front staff Belle and Adaricid must be over worked. They are rude, impatient, demand respect via a sign on the wall and openly complain about other patients while people are in the waiting room. **Update** I was told today they are going through some kinda of staffing transition. So maybe the front staff is new and do not realize that everyone they have contact with inside their office or on the phone is dealing with some heavy medical issues. Even the family members of their patients.
