Everyone is always friendly and very professional. They took the time to explain everything about my eyes. Dr. Schaedel was so nice and her assistant was great too. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
All four of my grandkids love Dr. Micah Thomason. He has a way with kids and makes the visit and eye testing fun for them! They love getting to see the inside of their eyes and he explains it all to them so well. He’s the Best. ?
I must say after my review last year of the Optical lab and how dissatisfied i was with my glasses and how rude some of the staff were i felt the need to retract that one. I recently gave them another try and although things didn’t go very smooth with the Optical lab at first the staff were all very professional this time. I did have an issue with my new glasses but i took them back and the issue was corrected. I had thought at first there was a whole new problem and went back a second time. This time i had an optician come talk with me and they redone a few tests. After all that i did leave there this time Completely satisfied. I will recommend if you had an issue... read full review
