We had a wind/hail storm come through our community a couple of month ,it was a couple of miles from my neighborhood I never gave any thought to see about damages to my roof. Cody Keller knocked on my door gave me his business card and offered to climb on my roof see if there was any damage he took pictures and made notes. He sit down with me while I called my insurance helped me get the claim started . The claim was approved within one week. Cody has been wonderful to work with, answered many questions ,been very helpful ,making several trips to my home to make sure I was completely satisfied.The whole crew was very professional but polite ,easy to work with.... read full review
After a recent hail storm caused significant damage to my roof, I found Southern Roofing and Renovations. I've never worked with a more professional group of people. Cody Keller was the primary person that worked with me, and he could not have been more helpful. He made sure that every question I had was answered, and made this whole experience easier than I expected. The installation crew was amazing. They were very fast, but more importantly the quality of their work was excellent. Every person I met at Southern Roofing was very polite and supportive. I would have given them more stars, but "5" is the most that Google allows.
Matt and Tel made this experience so easy. They took their time to explain everything in detail and answer questions. I was so impressed that i sent them to my parents’ home and Southern did their roof as well. Thank you guys!
