Omg!!!! My first time getting waxed and the experience was amazing! You can feel her wonderful energy/spirit as soon as you walk in!!! Shatanna is definitely gifted when it comes to her craft. She is so gentle and caring! Very professional and very nice. The conversation is great and she is a great listener. We laughed the whole time!!! Made me feel so comfortable and explained things very clearly, every step of the way. I'm walking around feeling brand new highly recommended and I am a forever customer now!!! Thanks girl!!!

Shatanna is not only the wax professional at this facility but also the owner! She is very professional, warm, knowledgeable, and has EXCELLENT interpersonal skills. I am not from this area and I am so happy that I found her wax studio! She is now my "wax lady" for life! I highly suggest her services because she is very thorough, doesn't rush you out the door, offers a reward program, and educates you about your skin! It's a win win ladies. Book those appointments!
