Run from this company! They did a terrible job that made what they were supposed to be fixing worse and then just left it undone and would not communicate at all for months! “Project Manager” never showed and the employee had no idea what he was doing. So much more damage was done because of their “fix” and when they finally did show back up to finish the job he said that, yes, the original person had not done it correctly and proceeded to do a halfway job of finishing the original work. DO NOT HIRE!!! My elderly friends were horribly taken advantage of and it will most definitely happen again to another innocent family. Poor quality, difficult communication, horrific customer service. Again, do not hire Penny Pemberton/Pemberton Painting/Ridgeway Renovations.

Do not hire Penny Pemberton the owner of Ridgeway Renovations in Eureka Springs Arkansas (Allias: Pemberton Painting). The reason for making this statement are base on the work she performed for us and the process in which it was conducted. I’ve been a general contractor in Oklahoma City for almost 25 years. I am from a family of builders who have been contracting in Oklahoma City for over a century. We have built everything from skyscrapers to helping average people with small but important jobs.
