Six years and still singing the praises of regular massage therapy with Richelle Danley, LMT! I no longer struggle with lower back pain caused from floor nursing body mechanics. Diverticulitis has not haunted me for 5 years. Even the sedentary lifestyle of ten-hour shifts at a desk, is mended by Richelle. Richelle is keeping me in the game. The advantages of lymphatic drainage and releasing the psoas (hip flexor muscle) on a schedule, are amazing tools for my overall health. Her ability to assess and relieve muscle tightness before I even know it, is the best preventative medicine money can buy!
I was given a gift certificate for Christmas, and I have fallen in love after the one session I had! Such a convenient and quiet location!! I have had massages before and this one was my favorite by far!
