The whole process was great. Other than spending the money! Justin made the diagnosis Ben made the sale Jamey, Alex and Austin installed the unit and Loren did some follow up work. There was not a slacker in the bunch. Jamie, Alex and Austin worked all day and into the night to make sure that we had air conditioning before the holidays. Loren was able to figure out and spent a lot of time fixing our second air conditioner right after the holidays I would give them all five stars. all were extremely pleasant to work with and Personable.
I recently had Lauren from Sentry come out to fix our air conditioning and HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. She was extremely thorough, answering all of my questions and offering great recommendations to improve our system’s performance. Lauren discovered that our HVAC wires had been switched, which had been reducing our system’s efficiency—a problem that had been missed during multiple previous services by other companies. Thanks to her keen attention to detail, our HVAC is now running better than ever. I will definitely continue to use Sentry for all future maintenance needs!
Todd and his worker did a great job. I did have a problem with the whole thing. Why would a customer want to pay that amount of money to have someone come out to tell you what is wrong with your appliance and not fix the problem. I already diagnosed the problem by using YouTube. I will say they did an̈ amazing job with their detail of what was wrong or what they thought was wrong.
