I have been on the fence about leaving a review but ultimately decided to so others will know to be more vocal wherever you decide to go to get your hair done; speak up, ask to see pics of the stylist prior work b/c it will help get the look you are paying for. I have known the owner for years and know she is a top notch stylist but she was not taking new clients so I asked to be placed with someone who is at least close to her expertise. I was given a couple names and just picked one because I trusted her judgement. The stylist I picked from the names was very sweet and pleasant. I was a lil nervous when I learned I would not be getting foils but was told teasing had the same effect. It took a while & it was closing time and everything became very rushed. I barely got a trim but didn’t mind leaving with a wet head(I made that clear earlier to save time). When I got home I realized my hair had no lowlights and was yellow blond all over with some orange streaks.. I emailed the owner the next day and she said it would not take long to fix so I let her know Id be there soon. When I got there it was like “I didn’t think you meant you were coming today” and was told they could not fix it that day to come back Sat(I had showings planned already for job). I was a little frustrated b/c I’d paid nearly $200 but getting the mistake fixed was not a priority. When I did get back in there to have the problem corrected there was some confusion; I was told the what I was asking for “was not the pic I orig showed them”. I didn’t show any balayage color pics, I told the stylist I only wanted my current balayage refreshed. The only pics I showed stylist we’re of haircuts that I didn’t want and to follow the lines of the haircut I had(just needed shaping) . The owner showed stylist how to add the lowlights in but after hair was washed the toner made hair look better but still no lowlights…..I can live with that what I am upset about is the jacked up haircut! The pics I showed that I definitely did not want is exactly what I got. The layers are so short (with a shelf in the back) and cut round on one half of back while square and uneven on other side….I had a modern hairstyle before the visit and now I have the standard mom cut it is bad…been wearing a cap ever since. I am currently getting the lowlights I need from another stylist (different place) but the only thing that can be done with the haircut is try to soften the shelf and blend everything a little better. Yes there are much, much worse things in this world but every now and then it’s nice to splurge and try to give ourselves a little boost but in this case I am regretting that I spent almost $200 only to have one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten and can’t even show off the corrected color. Off to buy some biotin and hope hair grows quickly??Services: Balayage
Excellent experience with Natasha....great job with my hair color. I always receive lots of compliments after getting my hair done at Indulgence.
Thank you, Jessica, for a truly great experience. I love my highlights and the cut and style you created for me last Thursday. You gave me exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t know what I wanted! It was the best hair salon experience of my many years.
I plan my hair appointments around my visits home... that's how much I love Indulgence Salon & Spa! Natasha knees how to handle my thick, wavy hair and always delivers! When she colors my hair, it is perfection! She is more than a stylist, she is a dear friend. The salon itself is inviting. The color scheme is calming and wonderful. Everyone has a smile on their face and makes sure you are well taken care of... even if you aren't their client. I highly recommend booking an appointment!
Looking for someone willing to listen to what you want in a color, cut, or style? This is the place! My Stylist is Ruth! She's amazing! ?
The best service in the area. Between haircuts and massages, I always left feeling fresh and relaxed.
Love, love, love! Ruth was amazing! Can't wait to go back!
I went here about a month ago and set up an appointment for 9 AM due to having to go to a wedding at 5, i didn’t get out until noon, I got a pedicure that was okay, but i got acrylic nails and it took two hours and they looked terrible, they weren’t shaped well at all and were crooked and my nails were so thick and painted terribly, they gave me a refund but i still had to go to the wedding with the nails but luckily they popped off on their own the next day. I’m sure they’re great with hair but i would not recommend going for nails unless you wanna cry!
I haven't had my hair cut in a long time but decided it was time so I tried this place and was not disappointed.
Love this place Natasha is great
