I really respect Perez Plumbing and Gas. He's done great work for me before. He quoted on something today, but suggested an alternate solution that wouldn't send a $ his way. That's the sign of someone who is ethical and honest!!

New water pressure reduction valve at street, changed electric water heater to gas. Under budget. So refreshing to deal with a professional who you can count on.
