My first visit ever. Walked in and immediately was overwhelmed. But like in a good way. They have quite a lot of makeup options however everything is grouped off by brands. The only thing I was unhappy about was the lack of associates. It was hard to find someone to help me. I ended up asking a random person inside for help. The general manager was running the register. Maybe they are short staffed but overall, clean store, great lighting, and the one staff I did find was friendly and helpful. The general manager was pleasant and professional as well.

I was desperate for a trim and Kristal was able to work me in quickly. I have never gotten a haircut at Ulta before. Kristal did a very good job, she took about 2 inches off just like I asked. Let me look at the length multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. Very satisfied!
