Initially, I was confused about the pre-appointment instructions that I was supposed to follow as a new client. Thankfully, my hair was in a good state to be serviced. The appointment was full of healthy conversation, hair care tips, and good service. Nicole is clearly very knowledgeable about best hair care practices and was intentional about sharing many of her suggestions with me.I’ve wanted to book for a long time. I’m glad I was finally able to receive a referral to do so. I would definitely recommend.

Nicole is very passionate and knowledgeable regarding natural hair care. She not only care for your hair, she wants you to care for hair and walk you through the steps from shampooing, conditioning and styling. She educates you literally through the process. I appreciated the tools given to me and would recommend her for hair care needs.
