    I usually have Charlie as my tech but the last two times I've come I've had different people. The one from today, Michelle, kept mumbling about my nails, I knew this because the guy next to her kept looking at my hands and looked at me. Later proceeded to loudly say my cuticles were very dry, I said I know. Later as I was checking out, I swiped my card and although I wasn't very satisfied with my nails I simply proceeded to pay and was not going to leave a tip, the receptionist immediately asked Michelle if I left her a cash tip and she said no and he looked at me like there was an issue and simply handed me my receipt and didn't even say anything back to me. This isn't the first time he's done it. I will tip only if I want to, this is so annoying because they think I MUST include a tip. My service wasn't even 30 mins and the manicure wasn't complete. When I asked him how much dipping powder would be he included a $10 charge tip in the total price.. I had to ask him 2x's how much it'd be WITHOUT tip. The rudely responded and I left him talking there.

    Today was our first time coming here. It was very clean, staff was friendly. They took a lot of care with my gel manicure and didn't make me feel bad for biting my nails. My friend got dip and she loved them. Next time I am gonna try to get a design. We will definitely be back. They also did extra stuff like hot towel and arm/hand massage with my manicure.Services: Dip powder

    Clean and charming atmosphere. Didn't feel rushed. Thomas was polite, very experienced and did a wonderful job on my nails. Loved my first experience here!

    Let me start by saying if you are AFRICAN AMERICAN don’t go there because they will not service you. I went one day about six that evening and the guy said they were busy ( even though nobody was waiting)and to call back the next day for an appointment. I ask can I go ahead and book one now and he said no. I thought that was odd but decided to give them another try. The second time I went I was told the by the same guy that they was busy in a smart tone even though it wasn’t anybody in the salon. So about a month later I decided to try again on a Tuesday Morning just to see if he would take me and guess what he didn’t. He took the white customers that was before me. He proceeds to tell me to call back for an appointment which doesn’t make sense if I’m already there. He never ask what service I wanted and each time I went they was empty and techs just sitting around.I finally decided to look at the reviews and everything I experienced I see a pattern with others like myself. It doesn’t stop there I called the next day as I was told to make a appointment and was told they was book for that day. I ask about the following day and was told they was busy that day too. I ask what’s the next available he says he would call me back but never did.

    Joe did a wonderful job on my dip manicure. I’ve tried several salons in Montgomery and now I’ve found my place! I’ll definitely be coming back.

    Nice place it's a little dusting no overbearing smells really friendly people they need to change their snacks but other than that really good place I would go back

    I was able to get an appointment one time. I tried for a month to get another appointment and they took my name and number ( by the way you enter that information initially) and never called. When I called them it was the same spill name and number and we will call. I never got a return call or an appointment. Oh, at the first appointment I asked for a two week return appointment but was denied one. Not sure if they don't want African Americans in there establishment or not, but it can across that they did not want MY MONEY!!!!!

    Worst ever! Spent $130 for Manicure and pedicure for 2! So rushed that the massage hurt, I told her I’d polish at home. They tried to save time by doing mani at pedicure chair, on your lap! Left with WET pants. The

    I visited the new location in Pike Road on yesterday and was told I needed to have an appointment because they only do appointments. I said ok and left. I called on Saturday to make an appointment and the guy that answered the phone was very rude and also hung up on me before I can finish asking about scheduling a future appointment. I will not spend my money with them ever! Because they are new to our neighborhood, I thought I would give them a try. They can forget it.
