Robert and his crew removed and replaced a window that the previous installer broke and declined to fix his poor work. Robert and Chad installation of the window was excellent. Sure wished I had them to install my windows.Robert also repaired the patio pergola and did very professional. Nothing but professional

Feb 2020: Just had my house painted by Milstead's Remodeling and Contracting. These guys are the most professional people I've worked with. Robert's crew (Chad and Tommy) have a great work ethic and do a fantastic job. Very thorough. Polite. Get here early and go to work. Clean up area every day. My first call for any future work will by Milstead's. Can't say enough good about this business. MY WIFE WAS EVEN IMPRESSED! LOL
