She gives you an appointment time over the phone but once you make it there all the workers are like first come first serve and I had to wait an hour before I was seated in a chair.

Kollo’s has some great braiders! However, I asked the braider who was working on my head to redo two braids due to my edges pulling and she REFUSED! She sprayed some type of oil on my hair, but I still wasn’t satisfied. The employees are very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to accept criticism. I wouldn’t recommend them.

The ladies are very friendly. The lady that did my braids was quick and took her time cause I'm very tender headed when it come to braids. It didn't even feel like she was braiding my hair.
