This location is the best , Let me say that I had surgery .And I called right before closing literally 10 minutes . They waited on me and I was able to get my husband's suit jackets for church. So professional both young ladies waited on me, above and beyond. Customer services most people would have not cared and said we are closed but these angels didn't Thank you ladies .
This location is conveniently located in the same shopping center as Publix Grocery store. It has a drive through so you can drive up and drop off and pick up your dry cleaning as well. The best thing about Jim Massey's is their text service. They will text when your cleaning is ready ...or in my case if you have forgotten it and haven't picked up for 2 weeks LOL. They are also really honest and trustworthy. I had accidentally left some money in one of my pockets and when I picked up my clothes they had the money in a little plastic bag stapled to my dry cleaning bag. How's THAT for customer service!!! They truly earned my loyalty that day!
