This salon is so poorly managed that it deserves a minus one star. They absolutely will not answer the phone night or day. If they do happen to slip up and answer it and you make an appointment they will not write it down. The only redeeming thing about this salon is Kelly Bruner. If you can get an appointment with Kelly, you will love your cut and her attention to you and what she is doing. She has cut and highlighted my hair for 8 years and I am always pleased. She also cuts my husband's and grandchildren's hair. The problem is you can't get through to make an appointment so you end up going by to see if she is working and can cut your hair.
