Brian with veteran’s heating and cooling is the most professional and trustworthy HVAC technician that I’ve ever worked with. My home warranty company assigned him to an issue that I was having with my A/C unit and worked with the warranty company to get me the best new unit available and installed a new blower/furnace as well. He was very responsive and informative during the process. A few months after the unit was installed, I had issues getting the pilot light to turn on in the furnace and he came by the same day to fix it without charging me any fees. We were devastated when our HVAC system went out last Wednesday. We knew we would have to bite the bullet and get a new one before Summer heat set in. We got a total of 5 quotes and Brian was the last guy to come out. We felt great about him, his reputation, the quote he gave us, and his quick response.
