John Hoffman did an excellent job of explaining all of the various options and financing. The two young installers were surprisingly proficient and were pleasant to work with. An excellent experience, and our only issues are (1) the unit gives off an irritating loud hum that can be heard inside our home whenever the RUUD unit is running (2) the thin sheet metal that surrounds the large air supply hose from the unit (left side as you look towards the house) vibrates badly, as though the big hose has an air leak (3) a large bead of old silicone that surrounded the old sheet metal from the last unit wasn’t removed from the brick of the house.
