Look it was my first time at shades valley and been to a lot of doctors and it was the far best treatment I've ever had the lady doctor Ms Ivey I think was her name she wasted no time treating and freezing my bad spots and all the employees there treated me like family I was very happy with my appointment. Great Doctor's and Staff. Dr Ives was easy to talk to and explained everything well. Appointment process was easy and all paperwork completed online before visit. Less than a 5 minute wait and Dr was in the room in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
We moved to Alabama 3 and 1/2 years ago to be near our oldest son as we age.
In our 70s. So we have seen many Doctors, medical services in the last 3 1/2 years. This practice and especially Dermatologist,Dr. Ives is the best and most patient friendly practice we have encountered in our time in Alabama.
We moved here expecting medical services to be receptive to questions and overall provide clients with a kind warm kind environment. This practice is the first time we received this type of care. Highly recommend Dr. Ives, all that a Doctor is supposed to be in our opinion.?
