Cooper Building and Roofing has done work for me 5 times as a minimum. They put on vinyl siding, they redid the roof and even added a roof ridge vent, they did repairs and replacements after a huge water leak required replacement of the floor in the living room and re-carpeting of the stairway, and they repaired the HVAC unit. These various jobs were spaced out over perhaps 15 years. This is my go-to company for any major work I need done. They worked with my homeowners insurance since the roof was damaged by hail and also on the repairs after the water leak. They are easy to talk to and they are good about returning my calls. They made good suggestions on how to go about doing the jobs when I wasn’t sure what to do. They did excellent work on these wide variety of needs in my home.
