These are no longer doc in the box places there is no doctor on duty. These are only nurse practitioners. Please be aware if you’re going for any kind of prescription that needs medical doctors approval. You are not going to find it at this facility I tried to get a simple prescription of Ambien for a flight out of the country so I could sleep, and there was no doctor on duty. The nurse practitioner did not feel comfortable, and would not even examine me to make sure I was in adequate health to receive a prescription I do not recommend this and I have been going here since 2000 but obviously things have changed.

I went for a wellness visit which should he free with my insurance. But I ended up paying 200$. Very bad management and staff. The nurse practitioner said all my checks would come under my yearly wellness visit and that’s why I went ahead and took it. Now they say that doesn’t come under wellness visit. Couldn’t you tell me before itself?

7/2/21 my husband went to CarePlus having chills, fever, lower back pain! Our family Doctor closes at 12:00 on Friday!He was seen by Stephanie, a NP I believe!She ordered a CT of abdomen and pelvis at 4:00 at Crestwood!Being a holiday weekend, the out patient registration was closed! We had to go to the ER and register! We waited 2 hours before they called us back and then he had to drink contrast! We had to wait another 2 hours!CarePlus closed at 8:00pm. The NP did not write my husband a prescription for antibiotics even though his WBC was elevated! This and fever is a clear indication of an infection somewhere!We were unable to get in touch with anyone from CarePlus!...read full review
