“My sister and I brought my 2 year old nephew to Max after he got a pretty bad haircut from another barber. We weren’t sure it could be fixed, but after calling Allstars and speaking to Max, he offered to check it out to see if he could do anything to fix it - we drove straight there. Being there for only a few minutes, my nephew and sister and I felt immediately comfortable and confident that Max was the right person to come to. He was understanding, fun, and immediately grabbed my nephews hands to let him go pick out some candy before sitting in the chair. From there, he walked through options on what his thoughts were on how to fix - he then proceeded to give him the haircut and completely changed it around! We are so happy he was available and turned my nephews hair into an adorable cut. What a relief! Also, the other hairstylists there were great and were all engaged and hanging with us.
