After nursing my old unit along as long as possible it was finally time to have it replaced. Jayden, with Dutton worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and when a good time for the install would be. The day of the install he arrived right when he said he would and got right to work. He was very professional keeping me informed of what he was doing. Made sure everything was installed and working properly and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. I was really impressed with his professionalism and would highly recommend Dutton for any of your HVAC needs.

I called Jayden when my AC unit stopped working. He came right over, diagnosed the problems, and gave me several options to get it running again. We settled on an option, and he immediately ordered the parts. As soon as they came in, he got right to work installing everything. AC was up and running, and blowing colder than it had since we first moved in. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have another customer for life now.

We called Jayden because we'd been quoted an extremely high price for a new ac system and wanted a second opinion. Upon inspection, Jayden informed us of a list of issues that two other big name emergency hvac companies in this area left us in since 2018. Jayden showed us each issue, explained why we were having cooling problems, and quoted us a price over $4000 lower than the other company to get a new system.
