However not every staff member is good at waxing some don’t take their time and some do so I just feel only certain employees should be permitted to do Brazilian wax’s . I decided to give them a try and loved it! This was my second visit. Though I’m usually hesitant to request designs, I’m so glad I did this time. Helen did my manicure and pedicure; she was meticulous and helped me choose the perfect shade of red (which is no easy feat), offered me a drink, and was very kind. Despite arriving just two hours before closing, I never felt rushed. I even added a brow wax last minute, Alex did my brows, and she was fantastic! Overall, it was an amazing experience.
