They didn't ask if I had a specific hair stylist request when I called for an appointment, so I don't know if that's their protocol or not. I ended up with two different stylists because the original one they assigned me was running behind. Anissa did my hair color, which was perfect, and I love it. She was very friendly, spending a whole 15 minutes explaining everything about hair color, discussing my options, and asking for preferences, even though I showed up with no plan for my hair. I would give her 5 stars and recommend her. However, the haircut from the second stylist is why I'm giving 4 stars in total. I won't mention her name; she was kind the entire time. Saw Sydney today for a trim. I am pretty particular about my haircut so I am always a little nervous to try someone new. But I was thrilled with her work and so thankful. I will be a regular now :)

Woke up and randomly decided I needed a haircut. I was able to get my hair done by Jessica that same day. Love how my hair turned out! Jessica listened to everything I wanted and delivered.
