Went for facial and massage, facial that I had said it would be 45 minutes, it actually lasted maybe 20 minutes tops. They couldn't do the massage I had booked. The lady at front desk said they didn't have the supplies for it, found out through the grapevine she fibbed about it. The lady who did my massage was excellent (can't remember her name) I would definitely go back for massages but I'll be passing on facials
This place is amazing!! Not only is the front desk friendly, kind, accommodating, and welcoming, the manager will go out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied with your services and offer additional free touch ups if you are not. Their new salon hire JT is incredibly talented and you should 100% check this place out if you haven’t yet.
Allure is by far the best day spa in Anchorage. You can literally get all things beauty in this one place. Massage, Facials, Hair and Nails, not to mention their Vichy room for body treatments. Expect to spend a little more, but the phrase “You get what you pay for” was invented for places like this. The staff is incredibly talented and friendly.
