The Sherwood Park location fully meets my needs. The amount of equipment is sufficient and well maintained. The fitness classes are excellent (Jodi is amazing!). The clients and staff are friendly. Perfect gym regardless of your fitness level or goals.
I've been to most of the Goodlife's in Calgary and a couple in Edmonton, this one was by far my favorite. It wasn't too busy, lots of equipment (they even my fav thing that I haven't yet seen at any other locations- see photo ) and a great layout!
I am in Sherwood Park on a trip from Yellowknife. I wanted to workout and chose GoodLife. A superlative experience.
From the moment I walked in and spoke to Malakwa, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professional. He made my registration simple, supportive, and instructive.
Upon completing the registration, he provided a briefing on the facility and conducted an on site your. It was educational and informative.
The facilities are well organized, with a variety of equipment, and the change rooms are spacious and well stocked with some basic necessities (i.e. shower gel. Moisturizer, etc.).
