He asked for pictures and then returned a very detailed and comprehensive estimate. Total costs from all 3 estimates were quite similar but I liked the level of detail Kyle provided as well as the good reviews on Home Stars and the fact that the company is a member of the BBB and had good ratings. We recently had our old roof replaced by Itz Roofing and we are very happy with with what they did. Very professional initial presentation with pictures of the old roof and options for upgrades. They cleaned up at the end of each day and whenever I had a concern or question Kyle got back to me within a few hours. A representative from the company stopped by a few days after they had finished to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The whole experience was stress free and we highly recommend Kyle and his crew for your new roof.
